The holy trinity of self help is money-health-relationships.  Most people are dissatisfied in one or more of these areas at any given moment.  This means that emotions and gullibility for believing in magic potions, pills, books and seminars to solve these perceived problems is always very high.  If you’re male and single forget that you just read that last sentence and proceed to the next paragraph.
